Nekupe’s on-site Event Coordinator will help envision the event of your dreams, all before you’ve even arrived. We are able to plan events of up to 80 people and accommodate up to 20 guests. We ensure that everything runs smoothly on the days of the event creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience you will never forget. Nekupe will transform our spaces, such as the Firepit, Casa Club, and the Picnic area to your specific desires, whether you are looking to hold lectures for your group or create an innovative workspace in the middle of the Nicaraguan forest.

Residence Room
La Residencia Doña Theresita is a unique combination of a dream home within a luxurious hotel setting, offering unparalleled attention to detail and privacy. This 24,000 sq. ft. residential compound is perfectly suited for 1-2 families or a group traveling together. It features four serene suites, each with breathtaking views of the surrounding forest. For the ultimate private experience, rent out the entire Residencia which includes: a personal head chef, two pools, two private dining areas and two kitchens, a media room and poker table, various bar areas, and an array of service staff, exclusively available for you. Surrounded by nature and majestic views, the whole compound and staff will be at your service, to completely customize your experience.

Two Master Suites Compound are connected by a luxurious living room and have exclusive access to a 1910 square feet infinity deck with panoramic views of the forest and an area that includes a 490 square feet pool with wrapped around terraces. Each master suite comes with one king sized bed, in-door and out-door showers, walking-closet and a custom made soaking tub.
· The Two suites, each 900 square feet, have two queen beds, infinity pool with an outside view, complete privacy and a terrace, each one with a unique view of the forest. The room’s contemporary aesthetic provides an understated design that makes guests feel at home in a mountain-based sanctuary. Nangu Cabana
Nekupe offers four private Nangu that rest just atop miles of forest canopy. Nangu comes from the Chorotega word “cabana” that means bungalow in the language of a Nicaraguan tribe. This luxury bungalows feature floor-to-ceiling windows so guest can enjoy spectacular views of the Mombacho Volcano, all thoughtfully positioned to immerse guests in nature. Each Nangu comes with a King Size bed, living area, custom made soaking tub and open terraces to sit back and relax the breath –taking view of the Mombacho Volcano. Chalets are located between villas as common-space areas for friends and family to gather.

What is the cancellation policy for Nekupe Sporting Resort and Retreat
2. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will have a charge of 50% of the deposit. 3. No- Show guests will be assessed a charge equal to full their stay, including full room, taxes, and resort fee. 4. To avoid penalties, all cancellations must be properly documented and confirmed by our reservations department.
