What is the cancellation policy for Los Cardones Ecolodge
The retreat deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancelation, a room can only be reimbursed if it is fully rebooked.
What is the deposit policy for Los Cardones Ecolodge
Final confirmation and payment is 1 month ahead of the retreat. The rooms that you haven't booked by the 1-month deadline will become available to general bookings. You can add participants up to the last minute if the rooms are still available.The retreat deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancelation, a room can only be reimbursed if it is fully rebooked.
