Three floors - a living space with TV and two lounging sofas which pull out into queen sized beds, a private bathroom and full integral kitchen on the bottom floor with an outdoor private pool.

What is the cancellation policy for Kaaba Luum Hotel & Retreat Center Tulum Jungle Villas
First deposit of 15% is non refundable, can be moved ONCE with minimum 90 days notice, up to 3 months after retreat start date, price is subject to change. We will do our best to provide you with available dates but if our calendar is booked within the time frame unfortunately you will not be able to reschedule your retreat with the same deposit. After paying your non refundable Second Payment of 35%, 3 months before your retreat Month. Your retreat payments are NOT CANCELLABLE OR REFUNDABLE. You are committed to hosting your retreat according to the accommodation proposed in the agreement and during your original dates. Accommodations cannot be modified at this time, headcount for food & activities can be adjusted up to 2 weeks prior to your retreat. After paying your Third Payment of 50%, 1 month before your retreat. 100% of your retreat payments are NOT CANCELLABLE OR REFUNDABLE. If available, items can be added to your existing agreement but not removed, including adding accommodations or more headcount for food or activities. Any add ons will need to be paid upon check in.
