Through the Colombian-colonial doors of Esmeralda, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our reception.
Here, we will be happy to check you in for your stay, help plan any excursions, hail a cab for your late-night dinner and provide any assistance you may need while staying with us.
We also offer bike rentals directly at the reception and have 24/7 security to ensure your safety day and night.
During your nightcap, the warmly lit lanterns will guide you back to your room. During the day, the sunlight will lead you out to explore all that Tulum’s charm has to offer.
