The Library, located on the lower lobby level, offers 848 sq ft of intimate event space with 7½‑foot ceilings, accommodating up to 70 guests for banquet rounds, 100 for receptions, 66 in theater setup, 36 in classroom, and 36 in U‑shape or conference formats, making it perfect for small-scale meetings, private dinners, and breakout sessions.

The Corning Room, situated on Level B2 of the Watergate Hotel, offers 720 sq ft of intimate meeting space with 10‑foot ceilings, accommodating up to 70 seated or 80 standing guests, and includes full AV, bar, air-conditioning, and flexible entry points—ideal for private meetings or elegant dining events.

The Timchenko Room on Level B2 comprises two adjoining salons—Salon A (297 ft²) and Salon B (317 ft²)—each with 11-foot ceilings, together accommodating up to 50 guests in theater style, 30 in classroom, 15 in U‑shape, 18–36 in boardroom, 20 banquet rounds, and 25 reception-style, making it ideal for flexible configurations of breakout sessions, presentations, or intimate gatherings.

The Fisher Room, located on Level B1, offers an intimate 476 sq ft setting with 8-foot ceilings, accommodating up to 40 guests seated or 50 standing, and features natural light, full AV, bar service, dance-floor-ready lighting, and flexible entry—ideal for small meetings or private dining events.
