Located in the ATRIUM wing of the Estate the name Sunnyside was not selected by accident. With natural light spilling in through the windows, hosting a meeting here is never a bad option. This 41x23 foot space fits 36 attendees in a classroom style setup, 24 U-shape, 28-hallow square, and maxes out at 50 with theater style seating. The over-sized windows have blackout shades ensuring when using the in-room screen your guests still clearly see your presentation.

Originally built as a speakeasy under the Biddle Mansion, Cellar 49 features exposed brick walls, unique wood paneling, and copper ceilings. Lively spaces include a game room furnished with a billiards table, foosball, shuffleboard, and darts, an area for dancing, a rustic bar and dining room, and a private wine cellar converted from a bowling alley.
