The Reception area wraps around the building which provides a smooth transition from the outdoors to the inner meeting room. The Sundance Screening Room was built in 1987 as a place to showcase the work of the Sundance Institute Lab and the Sundance Film Festival. The 1,100 square-foot lobby features stone floors, a fireplace and sliding glass doors that open onto a lawn overlooking the waterfall and pond. The 144-seat state-of-the-art theater can easily be incorporated into events or a private movie night.


Celebrate your wedding ceremony amidst the most beautiful views on the mountain. Tie the knot, toast to the occasion, then finish the night back at the base of the resort.

Elk Meadows is a remote meadow encircled by towering aspens. The meadow is a great location for a party and barbecue, a gourmet picnic or team building events. For the outdoor enthusiast, Elk Meadows is a fabulous wedding venue.

Once frequented by Butch Cassidy, the restored 1890’s bar was moved from Thermopolis, Wyoming to Sundance. Join us for creative cocktails, beer and wine as well as an inventive, seasonal menu.

The Deli, located in the heart of the village, showcases a variety of fresh sandwiches and salads, house made baked goods, smoothies, coffee and espresso.

The Lookout, reinvented from the original Creekside Cafe, is a fast-fresh restaurant perfect for those looking to enjoy a casual meal at the base. Sweeping mountain views will accompany this tasty menu, which features burgers, loaded mac ‘n’ cheese, fried chicken sandwiches, and more!
