Our premier Ballroom, at 3850 sq feet, allows you to do 220 in classroom or 260 in rounds. Our 16 foot ceilings, bracelet lighting fixtures and plush leather covered walls/airwalls echo the Golden Age of Hollywood and are the perfect setting for your meeting or gala. Our built-in double front screen and 1.5 gigabits of bandwidth makes sure you have all the technical support you need for a 21st century meeting experience. The walls of the adjacent junior ballroom can be flung open up to the iconic grand staircase and foyer directly outside, which are flooded with natural light and a spectacular backdrop to your reception or gala. The LED panels in the ballroom walls can be turned to any hue enabling us reflect your organizations colors while we tell your story.

Our 2,000 sq foot junior ballroom has champagne-bubble lighting fixtures, harkening back to our neighborhood backstory of prohibition and speakeasies. The 16 foot ceilings give the room impressive scale, while the side airwalls can be opened up to the grand staircase and main ballroom allowing receptions of over 700 people. The state-of-the-art, built-in A/V can be used or hidden depending on your needs.

Belasco: our largest breakout is also flooded with natural light via our 14 foot cielings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Blackout screens, flexible sets, our modern linen-less tables and ultra-comfy chairs provide an exceptional meeting experience for your guests.

Tivoli offers a corner view with full natural light provided by floor to ceiling windows. Blackout screens, flexible sets, our modern linen-less tables and ultra-comfy chairs provide an exceptional meeting experience for your guests. Tivoli is located near out two ballrooms on our 3rd floor.

Each of our boardrooms can be set for 10 – 20 with built-in state-of-the-art support including 70” flatscreens with video-conferencing capability. As with all other breakout rooms they have floor to ceiling windows with great natural light. The executive chairs are comfortable and the built-in credenzas offer plenty of space for our extensive food and beverage options.

Olympic is one of three rooms can either be connected or separated by airwalls, and can be opened directly onto outdoor terraces via a spectacular 14 foot wall of glass, which transforms into 25 foot long bi-fold doors. Possibly the most unique indoor/outdoor venue of it’s kind, these terraces can offer an intimate experience for 30 or be connected to the pool deck for a gathering of 500. The firepits and outdoor games (pool, foosball, ping pong, jenga and cornhole) add an additional element of casual relaxation to the venue allowing casual gatherings of coworkers for fun or competition.

Originally designed as an alternate transportation network, these tunnels served as conduits for contraband during the Prohibition.
