The largest event space at Grand Geneva and in the Lake Geneva area, the Forum is adaptable for any event from exhibits and tradeshows to receptions and galas with over 13,000 pillarless square feet. This space is bright and airy, featuring contemporary lighting, clean wall lines and new carpet. The Forum is outfitted with several hanging points providing endless options in regard to entertainment, decor and audiovisual needs. A private entrance, large pre-function space, outdoor patio, easy accessibility from guestrooms and parking, large bathroom and convenient registration area, make it a complete package for any business or social event. The Forum has two rooms that can be partitioned or combined and also includes easy load-in access with 16-foot garage door access.

Totaling 7,680 sq. feet, the Grand Ballroom is the largest and most traditional venue and can accommodate up to 400 guests. The large chandeliers and oversized mirrors create an elegant ambiance. The private, generously sized foyer opens to an outdoor patio area that is ideal for a cocktail hour.

The Evergreen Ballroom has 6,480 sq. feet of space and features stunning views of the 18th hole of our magnificent Brute golf course through large picturesque windows. You will fall in love with the opulent chandeliers and amazing ambiance. This ballroom can accommodate up to 350 people.

Leave your guests in awe when you host your reception in our 5,500 sq. feet Maple Lawn Ballroom. Beautifully decorated with elegant décor, deep burgundy and green carpets are partnered with dark wood accents. This ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests for your meeting, holiday party or event.

The Loramoor Ballroom is located on the lower level of Grand Geneva. There are three ballrooms totaling 3,870 sq. feet that can be open or used separately.

This cozy room accommodates up to 80 people comfortably for dinner events and dancing with 1,890 sq. feet. The room has three, floor-to-ceiling windows providing that perfect glow. This ballroom also provides access for your guests to step outdoors and enjoy the beautiful views of the resort.
