What is the cancellation policy for Abundance Retreat
Cancellation Policy If you have either (but not both) Sundance or Moondance reserved; to cancel your reservation and receive refund for either Sundance or Moondance; we must receive notice of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. With 30 days advance notice of your cancellation; you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date; we will issue you a refund (minus a $100 cancellation fee) if your lodging is rebooked by someone else for the same time period as your reservation and at least the same value; we will be unable to issue you a refund if we are unable to re-book for the same time period as your reservation and at least the same amount. For groups reserving both Sundance and Moondance; to cancel your reservation and receive refund; we must receive notice of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. With 60 days of advance notice of your cancellation; you will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. What is the deposit policy for Abundance Retreat
Deposits and Payments All room rates are subject to a 6% hotel/motel tax. To reserve either Sundance or Moondance; a 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation; and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. To reserve both Sundance and Moondance a 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation; and full payment is required 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Also required at the time of booking is a "Damage/Excess Cleaning" deposit of $500 for Sundance and $200 for Moondance. This can be either a credit card authorization or a check. If in the form of a check; the check will be returned to you after your stay assuming no excess cleaning is required (e.g. carpet cleaning; extra kitchen cleaning; etc.); no damage occurred and nothing is missing or broken. If any portion; but not all; of this deposit is required to cover damage; excess cleaning or missing items; the unused balance of the funds will be returned to you. If you choose the credit card authorization method; and there is any damage; extra cleaning or missing items; we will charge your credit card directly. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive this deposit within 2 weeks of making your reservation. Please note that you are also liable for damage or cleaning in excess of the amounts specified above and we reserve the right to charge your credit card if necessary. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Personal checks and money orders are also welcome provided they arrive in the specified time periods. Please make checks payable to Abundance.
