Excellent beaches can be found within a few miles at Hengistbury Head, Mudeford, Southbourne and Bournemouth. The new Forest National Park is within 5 miles. As well as the excellent shopping facilities of Christchurch, more significant centres can be found in Bournemouth (7 miles) and Southampton (20 miles)

What is the cancellation policy for The Quays
If you have to cancel, please advise us immediately. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and travel insurance will cover most cancellations, however if we are able to re-let the property for the dates you have booked, we will return the cost of your holiday minus an administrative charge of £50.
What is the deposit policy for The Quays
1. A 33% down payment required before confirmation of the booking. 2. Full payment within 6 weeks of the commencement of the let including a refundable security deposit.
