Blue Bay House and Self Catering Lodges are a family run business located in the Cornish seaside village of Mawgan Porth, half way between Padstow and Newquay. The Brown family have been based in Mawgan Porth since 1963 with James and Pippa now continuing the tradition of genuine hospitality and good food with their own modern twist. All set in the beautiful surroundings that are Mawgan Porth.

What is the cancellation policy for Blue Bay House
If you wish to cancel the letting you must notify Beach Retreats in writing. A booking can only be cancelled prior to the start of the letting. When a booking of accommodation in any house or lodge is cancelled, the owner is, legally entitled to claim compensation for his loss from the person who made the booking. This applies, even when the cancellation is due to illness. The amount of the compensation depends on the facts of the case and claims up two-thirds of the total intended charge have been allowed in the courts. We advise you take out holiday insurance. Deposits are non returnable on cancelled bookings.
What is the deposit policy for Blue Bay House
To book we require 1/3 price as deposit Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival A £300 security deposit will be returned after a full service of the property has been undertaken.
