Santillan has a new state-of-the-art yoga studio designed by internationally renowned yoga teacher and trainer, Simon Low. This spacious state-of-the-art 170 m2 yoga sala has beautiful sea views. Due to its huge south-facing windows, you can practice yoga enjoy the sunsets, overlooking the sea, and appreciate the nature of Santillana’s own valley location.


This yoga studio, with its sprung, thermally insulated wooden floor has 24 stations on The Great Wall, all the essential yoga props of the highest available quality, and all the attention to detail that makes it truly one of the most outstanding yoga studios in Europe, resulting in an enhanced experience for all students.

Santillan also has a classic yoga, meditation, and dance studio of 90m2 with an Andalusian and traditional touch. This studio has a gabled roof and wooden floor. It can be divided into three smaller rooms with sliding doors if necessary, forming in this way, 3 very comfortable spaces with fireplaces and air-conditioning, where you can enjoy yoga in a more traditional Andalusian atmosphere.

Santillan has a salt-water pool of 12.5 x 5 x 1.50 m overlooking the farm and the sea. The surrounding landscape makes it different and unique.

Our Mediterranean, vegetarian and vegan meals are based on organic produce grown under the Spanish sun, from our gardens, local farmers, our chicken coop, fruit trees and herb garden.


We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner OR early morning fruit and tea or light snacks, brunch and dinner. Meals are usually served buffet style.

The cooks at Santillan Retreat enjoy sharing their popular Spanish-influenced healthy Mediterranean cuisine, yet are also able to cater for vegetarian, vegan and raw diets and for genuine food allergies and intolerances, such as gluten-free and dairy-free. Completely raw food catering is available, if arranged upon booking, and for the entire group. This would be agreed through your organiser.

We keep free-range chickens, so fresh eggs are available to your guests daily.
