In the likely event of cancellation of your reservation, please inform us in writing(email or fax) as soon as possible. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive a written notification.

The 30% deposit required on the reservation is not refundable.

If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival at the property or the reservation is canceled due to lack of payment, the owner will be entitled to the total amount of the reservation.

The owner is not obliged to return amounts already paid to the owner in the case of non-attendance.

The damage deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation.
