We have an expert teacher, with years of experience in teaching Hatha Yoga, who teaches the practice of the basic principles of this philosophy in her classes: ideal exercise ( asanas ), proper breathing (pranayama ), adequate relaxation ( savasana ) and meditation ( dhyana ).
