VidaMar Algarve’s 3 outdoor swimming pools are one of the resort’s calling cards.
Nestled in the cooling green of the palm tree garden (“Le Palmeraie”, as call it here) they offer an idyllic spot for a refreshing dip or even a lazy day lounging poolside.
Our largest pool (we’re quite proud of it) is a giant, at 70s metres long, 25 metres wide and 2 metres deep! Just to the left of the massive pool is our children’s pool, which has a diameter of 15 metres and a depth of 40 cm.
To further ensure the comfort of the young ones, the kid’s pool is progressively heated throughout the day. Our Chill-Out pool is also heated throughout the day and is a great spot to relax in.
All of our pools are regularly checked and controlled for their temperature and salt levels.

The wooden walkway is accessible using your magnetic key. The distance between the hotel and this warm water beach is a mere 200 metres!
The area surrounding the hotel has a lot to discover. Why not take an afternoon off to discover the other beaches in the region, such as São Rafael, Coelha or even the very popular Falésia Beach? Within walking distance is also the popular Oura area, known for its bars and nightlife.
Just 45 minutes away (by car) is Faro, which has a very rich historic centre, as well as several quality restaurants and bars. If you spend some time in the area, take the opportunity to take the ferry that connects to the small islands of Ria Formosa.

STAYS IN MARCH, APRIL*, MAY, AND OCTOBER Standard Rate Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival; Later cancellations will have a charge of 25% of the total amount of the reservation; No-show will have a charge of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Non-refundable rate In case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation (paid in full upon booking) will be converted into a voucher, valid for 1 year. *Except for the Easter period, between April 15th and April 17th, which has its own conditions (see below). GUARANTEE DEPOSIT Standard Rate For stays in May and October, no prepayment is compulsory, only credit card details are required and must be from the holder of the reservation. For stays in June and from 12 to 30 September, payment of 75% must be made up to 3 days prior to check-in. For stays from 1 July to 11 September, the 75% payment must be made up to 5 days prior to check-in.
