After confirming the reservation of services and the respective payment, we establish the following cancellation policy: 1 - Cancellation of the event is only valid if it is made in writing, by email or letter, with the cancellation date being the date of receipt by The Fox House; 2 - We emphasise that the amounts corresponding to the confirmation of the reservation of services, regardless of the situation that leads to the cancellation of the event, will never be refunded; 3 - In the event that it is not possible to hold the wedding, or due to the imposition of a state of emergency, or government decree or catastrophe that makes it impossible to hold the event, a Voucher will be issued with a value equal to that paid to date, to be used on a date to be agreed between both for the same type of event, with the value of the proposal subject to budget review in accordance with the annual tariffs; 4 - Cancellations between 60 days and up to 30 days before the event date will be refunded 50% of the amounts contracted and paid. Please note that the amount paid to confirm the event reservation will not be refunded; 5 - If cancelled less than 60 days before the event date, The Fox House – Private Villa & Nature reserves the right not to refund the amounts contracted and paid for the services contracted.
