Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival - 10% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable and the remaining can be used on a new booking, on a period up to 6 months after the cancelled stay. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before arrival - 50% of the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable and the remaining can be used on a new booking, on a period up to 6 months after the cancelled stay. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival - full payment is non-refundable.
