WE MARRY THE TRADITIONAL with the innovative and creative. We only serve local in season. Many of the ingredients are grown on our garden orchard. MINUVIDA BREAKFAST includes fresh, local products. We serve breads, yogurts and cheeses from the best local producers. Our low-sugar fruit jams are house made. Organic fruit from our orchard or from selected local producers greets you every morning. Herbal teas, granola and other house-made specialties. GRILL NIGHT is our invitation to discover Azorean classics in a relaxed environment with ample social distancing but great opportunities for meaningful discussion. Held only on Fridays, so book accordingly. MINUVIDA DINNER is a five-course sensory food journey inspired by local cuisine using traditional ingredients with a creative twist. Includes local wine pairings and liqueur.

Your 1000€ deposit is 50% refundable up to six-months before retreat start. No refunds for future payments. All payments are non-refundable.

1000€ deposit;of which 500€ is refundable up to 6 months before retreat. Fifty percent of total or minimum fee due 120 days before retreat. Retreat balance due 30 days prior to retreat.
