What is the cancellation policy for Gavião Nature Village
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in date between June and September at the Best Available Rate. Not valid for groups. - Free cancellation up to 5 days before the check-in date between October and May. - After this period, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. - When booking at a non-refundable rate, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, with no right to a refund. Group booking policy: You can cancel your group booking or part of it free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. After this period there will be no refunds.
What is the deposit policy for Gavião Nature Village
To guarantee your reservation, you must provide us with the details of a valid credit card or proceed with a bank transfer of 50% of the value of your stay. Glamping reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card. If your rate is non-refundable, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
