Isla – The Isla Experience has a cancellation policy designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness. Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the yoga retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any transaction or processing fees. Cancellations made between 60 to 89 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund, while those made less than 60 days prior are non-refundable. Reservations may also be transferred to another guest with prior written notice. In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the resort may provide credit toward a future retreat instead of a refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, and refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that no-shows are non-refundable.
