About Anisiam - Private Retreat

With its warm crystal clear waters, biodiversity, and close proximity to Manila, Balayan Bay in Anilao, Mabini Batangas, is a divers haven. Nestled right into this bay is Anisiam Private Dive Retreat - the retreat of choice for divers and non-divers seeking privacy, comfortable, modern, and stylish accommodation with 5-star service.

Opened to public since 1 May 2016, we are the only private resort in Anilao, offering guests a unique staying experience. We accommodate 1 group of guests at any given time in our 6 seaview-rooms catering up to 12 guests based on twin-sharing.

We provide full-board meals basis with complementary tea, coffee, juices, soft drinks as well as seasonal fruit shakes. Our food is customized for your indulgence.

Enjoy our infinity pool over looking Balayan Bay. Let the time goes by, then decide whether to dive and explore macro critters capital of Philippines OR chill and be pampered by our staff who knows what you need before you do.

AniSiam is located five kilometers from Anilao Pier on a beach front section surrounded by trees. We’ve designed the resort to offer a truly tranquil, relaxed, ‘back to nature’ vibe. And for added privacy and exclusivity, the beach house is available for one party at a time (maximum of 12 guests – minimum of 6, no pets sorry) inclusive of all meals.

While all groups are welcome - we would like to emphasize children are to be chaperoned during your stay. This is for safety reasons as we have high balconies and stairs.

Accommodation-wise, we offer total of 6 rooms; a master bed suite (with 1 king size bed), one double-bedroom (with 1 queen size bed), and four twin-room (each with 2 single-bed) options. And for the all-senses beach experience, every room features a large windows overlooking the ocean and the bay.
