Palma Real 1, 2 and 3 can be utilized as a large communal room for meetings and events, or be separated into three elegant rooms for intimate gatherings. Whether guests are looking to host a large-scale conference or a more casual social function, this space is versatile enough to satisfy all meeting function needs.

This richly appointed room combines versatile floor plans with an atmosphere of intimacy, enhanced by limestone trimmings. Accommodating up to eighty people, it is flexible enough to encourage small-group teamwork and networking.

Palma Areca can be arranged in a variety of configurations, including crescent, classroom, conference, round table, theater, hollow square, lounge or reception styles.

El Pueblito, a large outdoor courtyard modeled after an authentic Mexican village, is located in the Mayakoba complex. The open layout and beautiful white chapel offer a charming setting for a ceremony, reception or both.

Aquí Me Quedo, the resort’s adults-only hideaway, a toes-in-the-sand enclave, channels the relaxed, warm vibes of Mexico. This beachfront oasis offers unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and was designed to reflect the grandeur and exclusivity of a seaside home.

The venue features multiple lounge areas, La Cantina; a retro-fitted food truck that serves as a restaurant and full-service bar, three plunge pools and a fire pit. La Palapa is the premiere event space within Aquí Me Quedo and is extremely versatile. Aquí Me Quedo, the resort’s toes-in-the-sand hideaway, channels the warm and inviting ambiance of Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Open-air palapas, multiple pools, and seaside lounge seating exclusive to resort guests offer a pristine oceanfront setting to enjoy from day to night. The adults-only beach club also features lunch spot La Cantina, Aqui Me Quedo’s vintage-style food truck serving casual Mexican fare such as ceviche, Tijuana-style shrimp tacos, frozen cocktails, and more.

Rising above the resort’s main pool, Casa del Lago celebrates the breakfast traditions of Central Mexico with offerings including classic chilaquiles and variations of huevos rancheros. Set beneath a stunning Ceiba tree, considered sacred in Mayan culture, the Chef’s Garden Dinner at La Ceiba Garden & Kitchen represents the epitome of Mexican hospitality, cuisine, and convivial nature.

This one-of-a-kind culinary journey celebrates the Yucatan Peninsula’s storied Mayan roots with a multi-course menu showcasing traditional open-flame cooking techniques and hyper-seasonal regional ingredients. Guests are seated at long communal tables alongside fellow guests as well as Rosewood associates – a testament to Mexican hospitality in which staff pamper guests during the day but then break bread together at night. This dining experience is complete with a live Yucatecan music trio, craft cocktails garnished with herbs straight from La Ceiba’s lush garden, and Mexican wines and spirits.

Spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea grace Punta Bonita. This casual restaurant serves lunch with a choice of indoor or terrace seating as well as dishes to share. Punta Bonita’s menu explores the gastronomic heritage and culture of Mexico’s most diverse states—Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca and Chiapas—offering a contrast of humble and luxurious dishes like ceviches made to order, and freshly baked tlayudas.

Guests can learn how to make fresh homemade tortillas at the comal and each week, there is a ‘Seafood Market’ multi-course lunch where guests can select pre-select from an assortment of catches of the day.

Drawing inspiration from Mexico City’s casual neighborhood eateries, La Fondita is set in the charming atmosphere of a posh cantina. Colorful, freshly prepared street foods dominate a perfectly edited menu of crowd pleasers, including tostadas and tacos that are layered with bright and bold flavors prepared with expert taquería technique.

Mexico’s bakery tradition goes back centuries and Rosewood Mayakoba’s interpretation of the panadería is expressed at Pan Dulce where a variety of updated classics including cakes such as Key Lime & Chia Seed and Orange & Coconut Glazed are offered alongside classic pastries and Mexican cookies like Alfajores.

The traditional bakery, which is located in Mayakoba’s El Pueblito village square, also creates custom orders for guests’ special occasions.
