The large private park was commissioned by the Marquis Antonio Maffei who, on the advice of his cousin Ippolito Pindemonte, built it in the English style, a precursor of the 19th century romantic garden. Ideal for outdoor events in a setting of centuries-old plants such as our very rare Ginkgo Biloba.
