Payment Conditions & Cancellation Policy:  The settlement shall be paid upon departure.  The refundable damage deposit will be processed on the day of departure.  Due to the extenuating circumstance of the current global pandemic of COVID-19; the following policy applies: • If cancelled up to 90 days before the arrival date; a full refund of this booking will be given. • If cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date; a credit of 50% will be applied. • If cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date; there is no refund. • COVID-19 related circumstances include if the guest is sick with COVID-19; border closures; and government prohibitions. • COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories; health advisories. • Please note that supporting documentation may be required. • La Belle Etoile reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to COVID-19 related circumstances. Note: The Italian government has banned the use of cash in transactions over €2.999;99 for all European citizens and residents.
