What is the cancellation policy for Villa Antica Colonia - Lake Orta
(a) All money paid is nonrefunded (50% of the TOTAL rental fee). (b) Cancellations made after 30 days prior to the event: the entire rental/extra fees are nonfundable. If the cleaning fee/touristic tax/ Cost for Extra Guests have been paid in addition to the entire rental fee then those deposits will be refunded to the Renter. (c) Villa Antica Colonia may cancel rentals due to inclement weather, emergency conditions, or events beyond the control of the venue. In this case Villa Antica Colonia grant the reservation in form of a voucher, valid until 1 year from the reserved date.
