The One-Bedroom Suites with balcony and lake view boast a south-facing loggia balcony from where to enjoy views over the lake. This suite category is comfortable and has a living room with a double sofa bed, Satellite-TV, telephone, Wifi, a separate bedroom with two separable Dorelan mattresses (2x 90cm x 200cm), a bathroom with shower and/or bath. These rooms have air conditioning (temperature 22°C) and are only accessible via an external staircase, an elevator is not available.
Some suites in this category are equipped with a kitchen, whose use is available at an extra charge of Euro 90 per stay.
N.B: Some One-Bedroom Suites have a direct view over Lake Lugano and on the ‘Via Regina’, one of the oldest and most famous Roman roads in the province of Como, which links Como with Porlezza and therefore are sound-insulated. Nevertheless, at certain times of day, an increase in noise levels from traffic may be noticed if windows are open.
The One-Bedroom Suites can accommodate up to four people.

The Classic One-Bedroom Suites with lake view (45 sqm) are bright, airy and comfortably-furnished, featuring air-conditioning (temperature 22°C), a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with two separable Dorelan mattresses (2x 90cm x 200cm), bathroom with shower, a satellite flat screen TV, telephone, wifi and personal safe. They also feature a balcony or direct garden access with lake views.

Located at Villa Girasole in Parco San Marco, La Masseria Restaurant has an elegant and welcoming décor. In the heart of the restaurant is a tuff vault, an ancient wine cellar, dating back to the eighteenth century.
The two fireplaces help to make the atmosphere more comfortable and romantic during the coldest days.

Its, mostly, soothing pastel furnishings with unique Onyx- & Gaudi Marble Tables and fenestrated facade are a perfect combination between modern and elegant, offering a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, the perfect place to start or end your day. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast in the Sky Lounge, also open to children over 4 years old, which offers a breathtaking view of the park and Lake Lugano.
The buffet breakfast is characterized by its extensive and diverse offer: from homemade breads, to detox juices, super-foods, fresh seasonal fruits, homemade sausages and cold meats.
