What is the cancellation policy for Hôtel Martinez - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Should the Client unilaterally cancel part of accommodation or package service, he shall be obliged to pay fixed compensation according to the procedure below: - Between contract signature and 6 months prior to arrival, 30% of the room-nights* may be cancelled without cancellation fees. Any further room-night cancelled will be charged. - Between 6 and 3 months prior to arrival, 20% of the room-nights* may be cancelled without cancellation fees. Any further room-night cancelled will be charged. - Between 3 and 1 months prior to arrival, 10% of the room-nights* may be cancelled without cancellation fees.
