Casa Lanui is located on the northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa, with direct access to the white-sand beach. All along the location of this beachfront villa, surfers can find the most consistent waves of Costa Rica.

This 7 bedroom, 7 1/2-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates big families or a group of friends in a unique, private and safe location.
Casa Lanui is located within North Creek Estate, on the same property as Casa Taman (4 bedroom 4 ½ bath). Both houses can be rented separately or together for a large group, sleeping up to 28 guests combined.

How to get to Casa Lanui

Coming from Mal Pais (south): Coming down the hill from Tambor / Cobano turn into Mal Pais, turn right on Calle Cobano and drive about 5 km. Pass SUPER LA HACIENDA ( on the right ) and continue for 600m / 650 yards. Entrance to Casa Lanui / Casa Taman will be a small dirt road on your left. Drive-in and the entrance gate will be on your left.

Coming from Hermosa (north): Pass the hotel Pranamar and Flor Blanca until you see a small shopping mall Plaza Norte on the right with Café Social on the corner and continue for 150m / 165 yards. Entrance to Casa Lanui / Casa Taman will be a small dirt road on your right. Drive-in and the entrance gate will be on your left

What is the cancellation policy for Casa Lanui?

 

*If the reservation is cancelled 95 days before check in date, all money paid will be reimbursed.

*In the event of cancellation within 95 days from check in date, all amounts paid shall be forfeited unless the Property can be re-booked, in which case guest shall be charged a twenty-five (25%) percent re-booking fee.

*Refundable security deposit of 2500$ is due 60 days before arrival date. Option is to pay 2500$ cash upon arrival to our concierge who will return before departure after inspection and sign off.
