Palm Heights Athletics features an indoor air conditioned gym studio space on site featuring a range of equipment suitable to aid all active wellness objectives from a Merrithew pilates reformer, woodway treadmills, wattbike, a functional training squat rack, free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands and more. There is also an ongoing regular program of classes from mobility, HIIT to sound healing and personal training is offered by resident trainers, each with their own core specialties.

Bathrooms are clad in marble and hand-fired tiles and feature double vanities, a standalone bathtub, and separate shower stalls. Complete with a terrace that stretches the length of the room, this suite offers complete views of the Caribbean ocean.
