Housing up to 850 guests cocktail style and 750 delegates theatre style our pillar-less Grand Ballroom features drive in access and internal rigging points making it easy to transform a day session in to a fabulously themed Gala Dinner for up to 450 guests. The Grand Ballroom is made up of the Ballroom (Blaxland, Lawson, and Wentworth rooms) and Pioneers (Oxley and Evans rooms).

One of our most popular event spaces, the Ballroom conference room is perfect for gala dinners or large day sessions. The Ballroom seats 340 delegates classroom style with plenty of room for a speaker’s area and dual presentation screens. Additionally, for those looking for even more space, the Ballroom can be combined with Pioneers to create the Grand Ballroom.

The Ballroom separates into 3 smaller rooms; Blaxland, Lawson and Wentworth.

The 3 sections of our Ballroom conference room can be combined for a larger room suitable to seat approximately 300 guests theatre style or 240 guests for a banquet dinner.

The Pioneers conference room splits into two smaller meeting spaces which can each seat approximately 60 guests theatre style or 40 guests for a banquet dinner.

The auditorium is fitted with state of the art technology and the cinema style seating with folding desks makes it perfect for conferencing, corporate movie nights, lectures, workshops or even stage shows.

With glimpses of the Jamison Valley and set amongst lush gardens, the Jamison Valley Green is an ideal venue for cocktail receptions, picnic lunches, pre-dinner drinks and open-air dinners.

Embers Grill offers a selection of premium steakhouse cuts basted with aromatics and seared with perfection. Soak in the rich mountain atmosphere created by the fireplace set to a backdrop of Jamison Valley views. Embers Grill is open daily for dinner. Several cuts of steak on the menu include beef tomahawk, ribeye, MB8+ wagyu rump, cutlets and more! There is also a selection of fresh and creative vegetarian and seafood options with gluten free, dairy free.
