This pair of generously scaled suites occupies the third floor of a Caribbean-style villa directly on the sands of the resort’s surf beach. Both suites are luxuriously outfitted with blue-marble bathrooms, colonial furniture, richly colored fabrics and lush palms. The bedroom and adjoining living room open onto a sweeping veranda with lounge chairs and a private plunge pool, the perfect site for private sunbathing or romantic cocktails under the stars. The Grace & Morris Bay suites can be linked to a junior suite to create a two-bedroom suite. Extended groups and families can reserve the entire floor (four bedrooms).

Our terrace suite’s secluded location at the top of the bluff and breathtaking views of the sea below make it the most popular choice for newlyweds. White walls, sea-blue fabrics, bespoke furnishings and rich, natural woods give the room a sense of calm and timeless sophistication. Its 567-square-foot terrace with infinity-edge plunge pool and comfortable daybed is your private sanctuary for intimate relaxation and dining.

At the far end of the bay beach, right on the sand and tickled by near-constant sea breezes, is the Sea Grape. This open-air establishment serves up an expansive daily lunch offering (including our weekly beach barbecue accompanied by a steel-drum band). Bento box service is available to your cabana on the beach or by the pool from 12pm to 4 pm. Seagrape offers dinner several nights per week for adults, age 13 and over. Dinner fare is an inventive blend of Italian and Antiguan influences with dishes like yellowtail tuna carpaccio, beetroot gnocchi and fresh-caught pan-seared wahoo filet. In the evenings, smart shorts and collared shirts are recommended for gentlemen. For ladies, denim shorts are not permitted.

Start your day with a shaded breakfast set to the pace of the gentle sea breeze at our central restaurant, the Tamarind. The menu includes traditional favorites like banana pancakes, French toast and eggs benedict, plus traditional island dishes, fresh juice, fruit and baked goods prepared in house by our renowned pastry chef. In the evening, dinner tables awash in candlelight are set with a rotating five-course menu including salads, locally caught fish, outstanding meats, and so many desserts they have their own menu. After the meal, diners filter onto the terrace for dancing to live music and stargazing under the moonlight. Daytime service is casual attire. At dinner, slacks (no jeans) and a collared shirt with dress shoes are required for gentlemen. For ladies, denim shorts are not permitted.

Curtain Bluff has earned its reputation as one of the best values in the Caribbean, with more than a dozen exciting activities fully included in your room rate. Hit the court for a set of tennis, discover the incredible sea life while snorkeling on Cade’s reef, skim across the bay on a Hobie Cat, or take an invigorating class from our rotating lineup of wellness instructors. You may also choose to upgrade your stay by adding additional services like a rejuvenating massage or a private tennis lesson with one of our resident instructors.
Antigua is served by non-stop flights from four major cities: New York (4.5 hour flying time), Miami (3 hours), Toronto (5 hours), and London (8 hours). Curtain Bluff is a scenic 30-minute private taxi ride from Antigua’s beautiful new V.C. Bird International Airport.
