Introduction

In 2015 we started Santa Catalina Retreats. From humble beginnings with our 3-day retreats and a passion and purpose for helping people find balance and vitality in their lives – through a transformative experience of surf and yoga in our magical far away surf town of Santa Catalina. That passion and purpose has never stopped. Over the years, we’ve listened and learned what you all love about this experience and what we can do even better. It has fueled our new brand and experience that we are so excited to share with you.

Waluaa is all about the Waves we surf on our boards and in life! Letting go of attachment to things & outcomes, going with the flow, and being at one with Mother Nature. And Tula, meaning Balance in Sanskrit. To have a healthy, happy, balanced self & life where everything is in harmony and effortless flow. ✨

This is why we are here. To help you experience Waluaa, through the practice of Surf & Yoga. Amongst the raw natural beauty of mother’s natures playground, here in Santa Catalina, Panama.

Our signature surf and yoga week-long stay, now, has flexible options so you can curate the ultimate week for you with more surf or yoga. Bigger rooms for solo travellers sharing, great rates for couples or friends booking together and the option to bring along a non-surf & yoga partner. We’ve also integrated a smart online booking system to give you even more peace of mind and fuss-free booking. Our exceptional instructors are with you all the way. As are we. We can’t wait to welcome you all with our new Waluaa experience.

Accommodation

With AC, fan, memory foam mattresses and plush pillows. Cable TV, safe, clothing storage and a mini fridge. Outside on the garden patio each room has a hammock, table and chairs.

Every room has an ensuite equipped with a hot water shower, bath towels, hair dryer and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
