I am passionate about sharing the healing qualities of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and Music. Stress-management is a key part of my offerings, as well as supporting those with Chronic Health issues or who are in recovery. Continuous learning and refining my skills is important to me so that I continue to share safe, accessible and effective healing practices.I am very excited to complete my final year of Yoga Therapist Training to provide more in depth therapeutic offerings. I am also very excited about a new year of specialized workshops and events, including on-line Kirtan, Journaling, Mandala drawing, Yoga & Meditation.
