I am a Certified Holy Fire II Reiki Master Teacher.
I was introduced to Reiki about 12 years ago. Since then the path my life has taken has been nothing short of amazing, but nothing I saw coming. The impact Reiki has had on my life has inspired me to offer the teachings to others. In doing so I wanted to create something for women that allows them to feel safe enough to let down their guard, seen enough to show their soul, and loved enough to heal. The glow that comes over each of them when they feel possibly for the first time what unconditional love looks and feels like is beyond words. This is what lights me up EVERY TIME!

Teaching Specialties

Students can expect me to teach from a place that believes in each person's ability to access this Reiki energy automatically. They can expect me to embrace and accept them for exactly who they are, and to hold up the mirror of their perfection.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

I create my own venues. My favorite location that we stay at most often is San Mateo Campground in San Clemente, Ca. in the United States. I love the location for the proximity to the ocean, and the ability to teach at the beach. The area is beautiful and fun to explore with the girls!

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

My definition of thriving would be living your day to day life fully embracing every part of you as whole and perfect. Believing that through lifes inevitable ups and down you are safe, and can offer yourself love and compassion no matter what.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

The person who has helped me the most along this teaching journey is my husband Jason Giangregorio. His constant support and belief in me inspires me to go after my dream of teaching women Reiki. I have so many women that I look up for various reasons, each one showing me my true potential. My mom especially, Leah Thompson introduced me to Reiki and has been my Reiki Master teaching me through the levels. Her example of unconditional love for everyone inspires me daily. She constantly shows me what can happen when you give your life over to your higher self and to the Reiki Energy.
