Gabrielle is a yoga teacher, development coach, Reiki practitioner, women’s health educator, and recovering procrastinator.

Years of putting things off led to a brief period of instead trying to juggle everything at once. Being a mom of two and a business owner, this lifestyle was simply not sustainable.

After discovering how important self-care and inner inquiry are, she developed a unique program for radical life transformation through self-discovery.

Being given the privilege to witness transformation and growth is one of the greatest gifts. Other things that bring me joy are travel, making new connections, and spending time with my beautiful family!

YOU ARE ENOUGH. Take up space, be unapologetically you, and know that if you can’t find a space at the table you’re at, there is always another table - or you can build your own. Never doubt your magic.

Retreat Specialties

You’re coming to a life reset. That means there is space carved out for reflection, relaxation, and adventure (if you choose). I have many different formats that I host, but all of them will be fun, and fulfilling.

Teaching Specialties

Transparency, authenticity, and vulnerability. I share from a place of love, healing, and experience. I am honored to be a witness to whatever comes forward when we are working together.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Seven Springs Retreat Center in Maryville, TN USA is absolutely magical. They have several globally themed yurts to choose from for lodging, an open air kitchen, and private bathhouse. The surrounding nature areas are wonderful for grounding and exploration. A beautiful space for relaxation, respite, and rejuvenation in the southeastern Tennessee rolling hills.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Thrive is existing in a space of consistent growth, reflection, inquiry, and joy. To thrive is to be living beyond the mediocre, to exist above the average.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

My partner has been immensely supportive of my journey to this place. From encouraging me to continue to pursue my education, to traveling with me to pursue education and experiences across the globe, to investing in my endeavors emotionally, physically and sometimes monetarily to contribute to achieving my dreams. I look up to so many people. Right now I am very much exploring different black & indigenous leaders in the well-being space. Alex Elle has been especially inspiring and motivating through 2020 as we navigate this unprecedented time.
