We’re going to dig into the muck and may venture to dark places, but it will always be done with love and kindness where you will always feel heard, seen and understood.

Retreats in settings that are easily accessible by car during this time tend to be a more realistic and palatable option for many. Luckily, I live in an area where nature and beauty abound so there are a plethora of options for recharging and rejuvenation! South Florida is an ideal setting for those who'd like harness the power of the elements. We have bright sunshine (fire), gorgeous, tranquil beaches (earth), magnificent oceans/lakes (water) and delightful ocean breezes (wind)! Thriving to me is living full out. It’s the ability to have all the aspects of our lives in balance… mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. When we truly know ourselves…our gifts and our struggles on a Soul level, we’re able to navigate the tough times with more grace and ease which leads to truly thriving.

I’ve studied with a couple of teachers who are very well known for their work. Deepak Chopra and Marisa Peer being two of them. I’ve been fortunate enough to do live events and trainings with them which really shaped how I chose to engage with those I work with. I’ve also studied with other well-known teachers in an online setting and while that wasn’t as exciting as being able to be in the same physical space, it was equally impactful. Being able to learn energy healing with Donna Eden and meditation techniques with Emily Fletcher was truly amazing. And then there are the lesser-known teachers I’ve had over the years who may not have name recognition, but who made the biggest impact on my life. I learned how to give Soul Contract readings, to do Divine healings, how to incorporate astrology, numerology and the elements in my work because of them.
