I’m a London-based yoga and meditation teacher, a woman curious about the world and people who loves traveling.

I started my yoga journey in 2007 while searching for a better and more balanced lifestyle. I was stressed, I was busy and I started to feel sick and unhappy. I realized very quickly that yoga is more than just a stretching or a physical work. Along with delving into the secrets of yoga philosophy, I began to delve into my body and spirituality, I began to connect with what I had no idea existed in me. This is an ongoing process and this is the most beautiful aspect of practicing yoga for me - going back to myself.

Yoga is my love and passion, and the work of a yoga teacher, to which I gave myself 100%, is a dream come true. The universe has enabled me to do what I love, it has enabled me to share the beauty of yoga, and it has given me a voice to pass it all on.

I’m organizing unforgettable yoga events and workshops for the body, mind and soul and currently working on the renovation of my permanent retreat venue in a beautiful corner of South East France.

My calling is to bring more yoga to people's lives and to make it more accessible which has led me to create ‘Yoga Retreat France’, a bespoke, boutique yoga retreat in the heart of Rhone – Alpes. The retreat will officially be open for bookings by the end of 2021!

My teaching style:
My teaching combines a creative approach to yoga with a deep love for movement. Poses are fluidly linked together and prepare the body to move deeper.

I always encourage my students to work intuitively within an atmosphere that is light-hearted and nurturing.

My motto - yoga shouldn't be too serious on the mat! Yoga is where you connect and can be yourself.

Teaching Specialties

My style is fluid, playful and constantly evolving . I believe that an intense practice is not everything, we should feel good in the asana, as much as the body allows. I am a huge supporter of asana modification and customizing the practice to individual needs. Without getting to the maximum, without exposing the body to the risk of injury, with attention to the breath. This attention to detail led me to Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, which are no less important to me than teaching Vinyasa or Power Yoga.

What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world

Uloptha, Sri Lanka - I love Sri Lanka! The venue and the surroundings of the retreat were just stunning. If ever there was a place that gives life to the idea of holistic bliss, this is it.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Get up and dance when you feel too serious.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

I've been inspired by many great teachers and spiritual readers and I'm grateful for all the teaching and the wise words received. My long term teacher Bridget Kramer Woods has inspired me to become a yoga teacher myself. Her passion for yoga was simply contagious. She gave me one of the best advises in my teaching career which I often share it with my own students: never stop being a student, always aim true and be open and curious.
