My teaching style brings clarity to yoga practice, guiding newcomers and regular yogis in developing their own practice and getting the most out of yoga. I teach vinyasa flow, hatha yoga, the classes are structured and incorporate physical development, strength conditioning, flexibility, balance, and functional stability. Mindfulness is evident in the moving meditation with the breath and the yoga Nidra at the end of class.

I teach only what I know works, demonstrating, articulating and I explain why we do this. My classes are open to any level of capability. I have found that my style and delivery resonates with young people and they grasp the essence and intention of yoga and how it will improve their lives.
