I was born and raised in the Hungarian countryside. After spending a few years in the UK, I moved to Germany where I have lived ever since. I graduated as a Horticultural Engineer in Hungary, then worked more than 15 years in corporate logistics management. I completed my yoga teacher training in India in 2017. A major burnout forced me to slow down and leave my corporate job, so I returned to nature and yoga. I now teach yoga full time and support people to live their healthiest lives through the healing power of plants, yoga and meditation. The focus of my classes and retreats is to bring emotional healing to others through movement and sensory experiencing.
This is an office yoga session I did for the WestVision online event recently - enjoy :)
