Laura is a hypnotherapist and experienced yoga teacher with over 500hrs of training. Have first discovered yoga 20 years ago it is only in the last 10 years that Laura felt the call to follow the yogic path on a spiritual level.

As Laura’s practice developed and she became aware of the subtle changes in energy that yoga created, she started to unravel the layers of trauma and conditioning she had experienced throughout her life. The experience of releasing trapped trauma during her practice sparked her passion for the deeper philosophical and subtle energetic teachings of yoga.

For the past 3 years Laura has been striving to bring her vision of The Yoga House Seignosse to life, creating a space for the expansion of consciousness and conscious living. The Yoga House is a yoga school and retreat center located in South West France. Here you can find her teaching various teacher trainings and hosting her retreats as well as her weekly class schedule.

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

Thriving is knowing that you have all the tools you need to fulfil your greatest potential. To not be weighed down by fear or insecurities, to trust in yourself and your purpose. To thrive is to feel capable of stepping forward, stepping out of your comfort zone and growing with direction. It is having the confidence to know when to rest and recharge and recognizing that this balance is what it takes to truly thrive.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?
