I train and teach people to become leaders of the yoga on and off the mat and also uses the technology of yoga to guide entrepreneurs who are ready to step into their soul work and highest vision of their purposeful work.

Often, this requires breaking through the illusion of limitations, self doubt, and fear to return to the love and courage that we truly are. Coming into the union with the divine which is the yoga, trusting oneself, the God self.

Lauren has gone down many roads on her career path and even experienced success, but many times felt disconnected from her real purpose and passion.

Lauren has spent over 2 decades doing “the work”. She has spent time going inward and knowing the deepest places of herself through transformational work. She immersed herself into many different mind and body modalities and has been a yoga practitioner and teacher for 2 decades along with owning 2 yoga studios.

All of this has come together to support yogis, teachers, entrepreneurs and leaders to step into their next chapter and live a life untethered, joyful, free, and abundant life inside and out.
Lauren’s clients are entrepreneurs, visionaries and changemakers, who are ready to walk the path of remembrance back to their true self, and who are ambitious to share this vision by creating a world that works, one that symbolizes unity.

MY STORY:
For as long as I can remember I felt some sort of disconnect from what I was meant to be doing in the world.

I did all the “right” things, went to college, got a job and moved to New York City, but I felt lost and unfulfilled.

I felt I was always chasing a feeling that I couldn't maintain.

I got other jobs and even excelled, but I resisted each and every one of them, with a gnawing feeling of dissatisfaction.

I created an eating disorder in my 20’s and landed in a treatment center to discover myself for the first time in a very long time.

It was a scary relief. What I mean by that, is that it was the beginning of my spiritual journey and I know now that it was a gift I was being given to wake up to my path.

My body led me to learn about yoga and after just a few classes at a gym when I was 26, I knew I was meant to teach. This began my career in the personal growth and coaching industry.

After teaching and owning 2 yoga studios for many years, I wanted to go deeper with people, off the mat, in different ways to support them to discover their path of transformation and soul work. So, I did.

My mission is to empower you to step into your Soul Work and create a life and business that is powerful, purposeful and abundant in so many ways.

You get to live a life of full blown self expression! I am the coach and mentor to support you in creating it.
