Hi there. I am a Yin Yoga, Breath-Work, and Mindfulness teacher based in Austria. My passion is to explore the interplay of body, mind, and heart to find out what it takes to live a good life. I like to share my path, experiences, and insights because I know that many people out there have a very similar goal. Mindfulness, Meditation, conscious breathing, and different Yin Asanas bring body, mind, and heart into harmony. This gives you a feeling of safety, clarity, and makes you resilient and flexible. I look forward to meeting you :)

Viel Freude dabei
