I'm most inspired when helping others to surpass barriers in fitness, mindset and self confidence.

Teaching Specialties

As a teacher, I pride myself on showing up just as consistently for my students as I do for myself. You can expect a vibrant, encouraging and always motivating class or workshop. I'm real, honest and solution-focused. I thrive off watching others have those "aha" moments!

What's your personal definition of what it means to thrive?

To thrive to me is being in a state of flow. It's feeling ignited by what you do and serving others in the process.

Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?

Natacha Oceane. She offers science-based fitness advice, a kind that is unfortunately rare in today's online marketplace. I've seen it first-hand assist many young women re-train their thoughts around their bodies, fitness and balanced living. I love her approach, and that at the forefront of everything she does, is a purpose to serve and to truly shift the perception of health/fitness, particularly for females.
