Situated just a short 25 minute drive from beaches and Varna city centre, the sea capital of Bulgaria, you will find our retreat easily accessible.

We run relaxing healthy holidays in a sunny and unspoilt rural location, close to the Black Sea near Varna, Bulgaria. We accept a maximum of eight guests and specialise in tailoring programmes to your individual requirements to give you the ultimate holistic experience.

    All rooms have been individually designed with attention to detail and your comfort in mind. Our light and airy bedrooms are located in the bungalow by the pool and also on the top floor of the main house. In the bungalow, we have two en-suite twin bedrooms suitable for shared or single use. For your use there's also a communal kitchen and lounge with double sofa bed. In the main house we can offer: Two double bedrooms with balcony (suitable for couples or for single use) These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with bath and shower.
Food Type Locally Availale

Vegetarians and non-vegetarians are equally welcome at our retreat. We design and prepare special menus for each group of visitors, so you can be sure that there will be a plentiful supply of delicious healthy food to suit your tastes. Please note, however, that many of our meals will be vegetarian and we don't serve any red meat or mushrooms.

On your retreat, we provide 3 meals per day, apart from one lunch and dinner where we eat out. The first meal of the day is served after morning yoga class. This consists of homemade granola, fresh fruit salad, bulgarian bio yoghurt, freshly baked bread, local village honey and homemade preserves. A light lunch is served in the early afternoon and typically includes salads. A two course evening meal is served a short while after the late afternoon classes.

We have always had wonderful feedback about our food as it is super tasty, varied and produced from as much locally sourced produce as possible. Drawing on culinary influences from around the world as well as Bulgarian cuisine, subtle herbs and spices are used to produce classic and innovative meals. We also promise you won't be left hungry and if you have sweet cravings, we are happy to make scrumptious desserts too!

All meals were a feast, starting from self-made granola and many other things in the mornings to Mark's refreshing lunches and excellent dinners in the evening - a pleasure for the eyes and the gum, always including fresh ingredients from the garden.

Please note that morning class will start between 8.00 and 8.30 depending on the heat of the season. We always allow for flexibility and individual requests.

8.00 - 9.30 Morning class (90 min yoga)
10.00 – 10.30 Breakfast
11.00 – 2.00 Free time for therapies, workshops, further activity practice etc
2.00 – 3.00 Light lunch
