Sagrada Wellness is located in California's Central Coast, 12 miles North of San Luis Obispo. It is midpoint between Los Angeles and San Francisco, 3.5 hour drive from either Southern or Northern California. We are surrounded by open land and have total privacy.

Sagrada Wellness has developed a reputation for hosting exceptional yoga retreats for wellness and yoga teachers in California. Our focus is on service, attention to detail, wonderful food offerings, and the ability to offer a serene wellness center.

Private Rooms
Private Rooms have one queen or king size bed with comfy linens and open onto spacious patios with gorgeous ranch views. Bathrooms (shared) are across the hall and are accented with Italian tiles, reclaimed barn wood from our property and modern waterfall showers. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are always provided. We use environmentally friendly laundry detergent and sun dry whenever possible.
Sagrada Cottage
Sagrada Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a full size bed. There is a private bathroom with bathtub, full kitchen, sitting area, living room, outside patio and fireplace.

Sagrada Kitchen
The Sagrada Kitchen is organic, vegetarian and mainly gluten free. We spend a lot of time menu planning for each retreat. Our cuisine is rustic yet gourmet and is served family style. Our meals are prepared fresh each day with great attention to flavor and quality. Each morning we serve strong organic coffee, our own free range organic eggs with sprouted bread and jelly, sliced tomatoes, yogurt and our famous homemade granola. We send our guests home stimulated and inspired to cook great meals at home for themselves, their family and friends. Every afternoon Eva blends a fresh tea with organic herbs to create a fresh and vibrant herbal beverage. Sagrada cuisine has been a yogi's epicurean delight for over a decade now and we promise meal times at Sagrada will be nourishing and memorable.

Hiking
Take relaxing strolls to breathtaking vistas or bring your water bottle and plan on a challenging hike up and down rolling hills and through untouched canyons. Manzanita trees, gigantic oaks, sacred mountain sage, an abundance of California poppies, wild turkey, exotic birds, will be some of the natural beauty you experience on your journey.

Experience the history and natural habitat at Historic Santa Margarita Ranch while soaring through breathtaking terrain and vineyards. Taste some of Ancient Peaks sustainable wine after your zip lining adventure.

What is the cancellation policy for Sagrada Wellness
You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your visit less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations after that time will forfeit the payment made. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including but not limited to personal injuries, no-shows or weather.
What is the deposit policy for Sagrada Wellness
The balance must be received by Sagrada Wellness 10-days prior to the first day of your retreat. The balance can be paid by check, cash or credit card. Any incidentals will then be made at the end of your stay at Sagrada Wellness.
