Conference Center/Grand Ballroom
The Conference Center/Grand Ballroom offers more than 6,000 square feet of flexible space to accommodate larger groups. Divisible by into three for the Ramsey, Stumptown, and Viking Rooms, it provides a variety of options for your meetings. For receptions and pre-dinner cocktails, select from the inside pre-function area or enjoy the Montana air on the Great Northern Terrace. Executive Board Room
The 396 square foot Executive Board Room provides seating for 12 guests, a TV, white board, and wet bar. This space can be equipped with a conference phone, and custom catering is available.
Regatta Room
The Regatta Room offers lake views and plenty of natural light in a cozy setting with fireplace. This room can be set to your specifications and is a client favorite for cocktail receptions, dining events, and casual meetings.
With 1,261 square feet, this room accommodates 50 guests with round table seating or up to 90 for a reception.
State Room
This beutiful space inspires a new definition for "breakout session." Can also be set with a conference square for more traditional meetings.
The State Room offers 665 square feet of lakefront space adjacent to the Spa.
Private Dining Room
Seating for up ot 12 guests in 273 square feet adjacent the Boat Club Dining Room and offering views of Whitefish Lake.
Guests may order from the Boat Club menu or pre-arrange custom catering.
Lakeside Pavilion
The 2,100 square foot Lakeside Pavilion provides stunning views in an al fresco setting for cocktail receptions or dinner events for up to 120 guests. Larger parties can be accommodated with the rental of additional tenting. Windowed walls provide protection from the elements to extend the season of this venue for spring and fall events.
The Lakeside Lawn is located next to the Lakeside Pavilion and offers the perfect location for an open air wedding with beautiful Whitefish Lake as the backdrop.
This space is included with the Lakeside Wedding Package and the Lakeside & Ballroom Wedding Package.

The Spa at Whitefish Lake
The Spa at Whitefish Lake offers an array of day spa services to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Choose from therapeutic massage, body treatments, custom facials, waxing, and foot treatments. We offer individual services as well as couple's treatments, spa parties, and group events.
Rest in luxurious comfort
Studio Suites
Lodge Studio Suites offer approximately 600 square feet and are available with one king or two queen custom beds created by Spring Air. These studio suites are complete with gas fireplace with sitting area, balcony with bistro seating, functional desk, and a wet bar with coffee maker, sink, microwave, and European cooler. These rooms also feature our signature four-piece bathroom with double vanity sinks, soaking tub, and walk in slate tile shower.
Loft Suite
Loft Suites are two level corner suites approximately 800 square feet in size. The second floor features a custom made queen bed by Spring Air and private bathroom with shower, while downstairs you will find a living room with queen sized sofa sleeper, private balcony, second bathroom, dining area, and kitchen* including cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, and cookware for four.

Coffee Dock
Located in the lobby of the main Lodge and open daily from 7a, the Coffee Dock offers specialty coffees, smoothies, housemade pastries, and grab-and-go breakfast and lunch items.
