The Oxford Suite is our main conference and event room with large glass floor to ceiling doors that act as both the gateway to the hotel’s 30 acre manicured garden for team building activities, and a source of natural daylight that floods the room. The room can also be partitioned into three separate rooms, giving you flexibility for activities throughout the day. Just around the corner is the breakout room for refreshments, nibbles and lunch to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

FIRST FLOOR

The first thing that will strike you as you enter the Kennington Suite is the wonderful views of the grounds and the River Thames in the distance. With large windows that let in the natural daylight, this f irst floor, self-contained meeting room, creates a truly inspirational setting to make business a pleasure. Small alcove areas with soft furnishings create comfortable areas for group work. Then when it’s time to take a break, or chat in smaller groups, there is a separate private breakout area with a coffee bar.

A meeting and banquet room with a difference. This 15th-century little barn is bursting at the seams with rustic charm. The Little Barn is a beautiful space packed with original features including exposed brickwork and wooden beams, creating an informal atmosphere where everyone can relax and enjoy a productive day. The large doors with direct access to the courtyard allows your guests to step out for a breath of fresh air, as well as offers plenty of natural daylight to your meeting. The breakout area is only a stones throw away or alternatively, you can use the Barn’s private syndicate for refreshments.

Hinksey is a perfect space to get out of the office for one to one meetings, interviews, board meetings or a seperate office for large conferences just down the hall.

The Gallery is a quiet, semi-private area on the first floor in the Crusaders Bar & Lounge. It is a meeting space with a difference, full of character and original features including its exposed wooden beams.

Filled with natural daylight by day, tranquil and cosy by night. The Conservatory is the perfect balance of rustic and contemporary with its exposed 15th century brick walls, glass-top roof and white beams. It is spacious whilst elegant and creates the perfect backdrop for you’re a variety of events from exhibitions to award ceremonies.

The menu changes with the seasons, so right now, you’ll see dishes such as: Oxford Blue cheese crème brûlée with a refreshing apple sorbet and cranberry caviar; roasted partridge breast and leg paired with pancetta, truffled polenta, chestnut purée, baby carrots and tenderstem broccoli; and an indulgent chocolate bavarois that’s lifted with the bright citrus of orange.

You’ll also find a wine list that wanders across the globe, along with a selection of beers, spirits and cocktails.
