on the second floor, has a Super-King bed (or two 3 foot Singles), plus 1 sofa bed and en-suite shower room – Sleeps 3. This room has a TV.

Our Italian ‘Doimo’ kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances and is open to our guests.
Private Chef
Nick produces locally sourced, delicious menus and even grows his own fruit and vegetables. He has traveledl the world seeking inspiration for his dishes and has worked at L'Ortolan previous to becoming a private chef.
A wonderful 4 course meal cooked by Nick, served by a waiter for the evening. Minimum 10 Guests.

The rural location provides countryside walks and cycling from the door step. The property is surrounded by open countryside but has excellent links to London, Ascot, Henley-on-Thames, Windsor, Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke. Reading station is just 10 mins away with the park and ride just 1min, Reading to Paddington is less than 30 mins. It is just 28 miles from Heathrow International Airport and 57 miles to London Gatwick. A 5 min drive from junction 11 of the M4. It’s also close to many film studios - we have had several film stars enjoy Church House Berkshire while filming!
Location & how to get here
The location is rural but with the benefit of being very close to the M4. There are several pubs close by and a great Indian restaurant. There are delightful walks from the front door. London is an easy commute from Reading Station (the park and ride is a 1 minute drive/5 minute walk away from the church). The Madejski Stadium is 10-15 minutes drive away, as is Reading. What is the cancellation policy for Church House Berkshire
Once paid in full you will receive: a 50% refund of the total cost if you cancel at least four weeks before check-in. a 25% refund of the total cost if you cancel at least two weeks before check-in. If you fail to pay in full, you will lose your non-refundable booking deposit.
