At the 5-star Iberostar Selection Andalucía Playa, just a few steps from the hotel, you’ll find the Cataria Restaurant, a new grill restaurant in Cádiz spearheaded by Aitor Arregi, owner of the restaurant Elkano.

Chef Pablo Vicari’s dishes are made with fresh ingredients from Cádiz, such as twice-cooked red prawns, flame-grilled Porreo shrimp, octopus, marinated sea bass and grilled tuna belly.

In accordance with the dress code, gentlemen must wear long trousers and a shirt with sleeves.
